Llevo una semana tomando la ashwaganda con magnesio, y quería darme un poco más de tiempo porque no sabía si era casualidad, pero lo noté desde la primera. Pensaba que hasta pasada una semanita no sentiría nada Esperaba que me diese sueño como otras ashwagandas però no, me relaja y calma la mente, supongo que la combinación con l-teanina funciona. He esperado unos días en hacer la reseña para poder saber si funcionaba. A mí me ha ido bien, me gustaba que fuese ashwagandha con magnesio y vitaminas, me ha relajado y ayudado a descansar mejor.
